The DSCC is
a non-profit organisation run by volunteers who give their time to help
the club run smoothly and achieve it's goals of helping people benefit
from the technology computers provide.
There are
always more people seeking help than there are volunteer helpers and
the need for skilled people to administer and guide club
policy is no exception.

We are a club for people (of all ages) who
like to help themselves - and others - benefit from modern computer
technology.
- We teach each other how to use, enjoy and
look after our own personal and small business computers;
- Then we use these skills to help others
(particularly seniors and people with disabilities) look after their
computers.
In addition, we provide each other and the
community with a range of services, including a central information
service concerning computer care, resources and training.
The Darwin Senior Computer Club is located
in Darwin, capital city of Australia's Northern Territory, with members
throughout the Top End.
